It is possible to think that your way of washing face might lead to the black spots, so


Let's review how to wash your face.


What kind of make-up remover do you use?



In general, make-up removers or cleansings contain surface-active agents to effectively remove oily dirt (i.e. faundation or make-up) from the skin. As it effectively washes dirt away, it contains strong surface-active agents.


That kinds of make-up removers or cleansers certainly damage your skin.




Bareing in mind that washing your face with a make-up remover means that you wash your face with a detergent　━━Σ(　`Д´；　)━━!!　



Hence


Choose a proper remover which is friendly to your skin *＾＾*！


And then



Do not try to wash dirt away with only remover. Use a soap after the remover.


Avoid make-up removers or cleansings, containing much oil or water, because they tend to combine much surface-active agents to mix oil with water.


From this point of view, cream-typed removers or cleansins are better.


A way to wash your face:

When you wash your face with the remover, you put the texture on the part which is the most oily part of your face(i.e. T zone) at first.


Give short & gentle massages to your skin with your fingertips.

Scrubbing your face so hard or doing massage for long time will damage your skin as your expectation.



Use lukewarm water to wash dirt away.


Use a soap to finish off.



Moreover,


Peeling is effective in keeping pores clean.



Peeling exfoliates old keratin in that your skin will be elastic and soft.


When the skin is elastic, pores are inconspicuous♪


In terms of exfoliation, you will be able to get a similar effect of peeling from cleansing formulas containing enzyme(e.g. AHA).



Although it will take time to get a clean nose, it is worth trying.
